Baby Bump Recovery: 6-Week Postnatal Program
6-week program
Designed for women who recently had a baby, this program focuses on the postpartum and post labor healing process with special attention to these areas: diaphragm, core and pelvic floor.
Our goals as Certified Pre/Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialists are to help women who recently gave birth to re-establish core connections, begin a workout routine safely, and realize all of the benefits exercise can have on her postpartum body, mindset, and role as a mother.
Participation in this program can help you to: re-gain strength, avoid common post natal physical aches & pains, getting moving again, and build your confidence as a new mom.
Includes:
Customized training plan
Research-backed postpartum exercise guidelines
Postnatal nutrition suggestions & recipe booklet
Health and wellness coaching
Weekly email check-ins with coach
Introductory planning call with coach + movement assessment (1 hour, FaceTime)
*Note: After the 6 weeks is up, we strongly encourage rolling over to our Empire Fit Life program where we can safely transition you into a more challenging and all-encompassing routine that will help you reach your health & fitness goals. Graduate clients of this program will receive 10% off.
