Our goals as Certified Pre/Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialists are to help women safely work out and realize all of the benefits exercise can have on her pregnant body, her baby and the laboring process. Participation in this program can help you to: avoid common uncomfortable pregnancy-related symptoms & conditions, give your growing baby a stronger & healthier start to life, build your confidence as a mom-to-be and most importantly, increase your chances of having a less-strenuous and easier delivery.
